The aim of this special plan is the formulation of urban parameters capable of regulating the building volume of the plots 11-12-13-14 of the Moll de Ponent de Badalona integrating a good architectural solution both in plan and volumetrically and adjusting the limits of plot 14.1 and 14.2 to dissolve its undivided.
This sector of the Port of Badalona is in full growth and it is for this reason that it has been decided to assess and put into crisis the current planning and make a proposal to improve the functional quality of the buildings and the visual of the Moll de Ponent.
